Gift Letter	If a family member is gifting you a downpayment, you must have this letter signed by all parties.
Property Feature Sheet	If you do not have an mls highlight or feature sheet, you can fill out this form which provides similar information
Project Budget	Use this form if you need to work out the budget for renovations, etc.
General Purchase Contract	If you are buying a home privately, you can use this contract. This is a generic contract and should always be reviewed by a solicitor.
General Amendment to Purchase Contract	If you require an amendment to the possession date of a property, you can use this form. This is if you are buying a home privately and not through a realtor. Again, all forms should be reviewed by a solicitor.
Residential Tenancy Agreement	This tenancy agreement comes from the Government of Alberta website.
Request for Employment Confrmation	If your employer requires you to fill out a form requesting employment confirmation, use this form.
